Blog From Italy’s Privacy Statement

Like most website operators, BlogFromItaly.com collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. BlogFromItaly.com’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how BlogFromItaly.com’s visitors use its website. From time to time, BlogFromItaly.com may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Italian Privacy Laws

The personal data of the involved party will be processed by Alex Roe the holder of the blogfromitaly.com domain, using automated means and other means, in compliance with the provisions of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 196 dated June 30th, 2003 – Privacy Law, for the following purposes:

(i) for performing any and all activities relating to the relationship with the involved party and providing all information, assistance and services requested by the involved party. To that end your personal data may in very rare circumstances be provided to third parties having a contractual relationship with Alex Roe, even if such parties are incorporated outside the European Union, and will be communicated to the persons or entities responsible for or in charge of the personal data treatment nominated by the owner of the blogfromitaly.com domain Alex Roe;

(ii) for promotional, commercial, and information activities regarding the involved person.
