Very nice, Mr Roe
Very formal Ms Mackey;)
Glad you like it. Took me ages messing around to get the shot I liked, I can tell you. But, I quite like the result.
I’m sure this shot would have been a piece of cake for a seasoned pro like you;), comments he, enviously.
All the very festive best,
Alex
[...] One virtual Christmas card [...]
Lovely card. A very Merry Christmas to you and yours. Good luck on the sausage enterprise as well!
Many thanks Maryann.
A very Merry Christmas to you and yours too!
All the very best,
Alex
You did make me smile, Mr Roe as I have noticed more than a few very professional looking images being created by your good self.
Formal is sometimes a nice thing, of course, being English, you can probably imagine the laughter backgrounding it all.
Hi Alex
“Happy, happy Christmas, that can win us back to the delusions of our childish days; that can recall to the old man the pleasures of his youth; that can transport the sailor and the traveller, thousands of miles away, back to his own fire-side and his quiet home!”
–Charles Dickens, The Pickwick Papers, 1836
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and all of your family!
Roberto
Di,
“I have noticed more than a few very professional looking images being created by your good self.”
You make me blush! But many thanks - coming from you, formally (!), I take that as a great compliment, and some really useful feedback.
All the very best, and be a formal as you like when you like, and yes, I can imagine the laughter behind it all! Good stuff!
Hope you and yours are having a great Christmas.
Alex
Roberto,
Thanks for that wonderful quotation, which, I believe, sums up just what Christmas is all about.
Good to hear that some people have not lost that real Christmas spirit.
A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and yours!
Kind regards,
Alex
