0 viewsTomorrow I will be 40. I am about to leave my 30s behind forever. It’s a strange thought. Birthdays, my own in particular, have never really meant that much to me, mainly because I never really feel that different from one year to the next.
But, 40 years is a long time. I have been around for a long time, in human terms. In geological terms, of course, my age is totally irrelevant, but in human years, it’s getting on a bit. However, as usual, I don’t feel my age. To be honest, I don’t really know how I should feel. This is odd. How should one feel?
I’ll find out tomorrow and let you know. Don’t expect anything radical though, because I’m not expecting to feel that much different. Aging is a funny thing. Just when do you really start ‘feeling your age’?
