Holiday

It is a public holiday here in Italy. Milan seems pretty much deserted as just about everyone heads off for mountains or sea.
We decided to stay here, and are not regretting it. Milan is wonderful place when all is quiet.

So how to you like your new provider?
David,
WP is OK, but I’m missing certain Blogger features, such as being able to customize my site template and full, detailed stats. However, I do like the overall feel of WP and the way in which the user dashboard is set up.
I think you can get a more feature rich version of WP if you install it yourself on the server where your web site is hosted, for example, and then add some of the many plug-ins which are available.
If you can live with the limitations, then WP is very good, but if you can live without categories then Blogger is better and there are ways to set them up in Blogger.
Sorry for the mini review!
Ask if you want to know more or just go ahead and set up a WP account and play away!
Alex.
Thanks. BTW - Milan during Ferragosto was my favorite. You could drive from one extreme of the city to the other in 15 minutes!
I know what you mean David, Milan is a wonderful city in August. If only it were the same all year round - an impossible dream, I know!
I believe you sent me an email this morning. It arrived directly into spam and my antivirus would not let me open it.
If you did send it try sending again. I like the new layout.
