Dieting, again.
0 viewsOne of the negative aspects of our Tuscan experience was the extra kilos all the food and wine added to my already somewhat corpulent form. So, diet time. It’s working, around 5 kilos have melted away so far, but I’m still no lightweight.
Typical diet day:
Breakfast: Bowl of cereal with milk and sugar, and a mug of Nescafè, with milk and sugar.
Lunch: Pasta with vegetable ragu, parmesan cheese, followed by yoghurt, and another Nescafè.
Evening: Bowl of vegetable soup, yoghurt and, yep, another Nescafè.
Snacks: Dry rice-based crackers.
Other things: Far too many café lungos.
Boring, but effective. And if I eat anything more in the evenings, I get fatter. Punto e basta.
Dieting is not so much about following a diet, it is more about changing your diet - forever. At least I reckon so.
