Slight panic
Maths or math if you hail from the other side of the Atlantic has never been a strong point of mine. I find simple arithmetic, well, not simple. I have used a calculator since I was able to push buttons, well almost.
Now, at the last moment, as usual, I discover that I'm going to have to become an overnight expert on statistics. You know, standard deviation, population means, coefficients of correlation and all that jazz, and I have an evening to revise the theory (Yes, I've studied this stuff before - in a past life) and apply it all meaningfully. Eek!
I need a nice copy of the Hitch hikers guide to the galaxy - those nice big words 'Don't Panic' may help a little.
